  • To get started, Customer is expected to input his Task details, Date and Time on our Website (www.urbanerrands.ng) or contact UrbanErrands via email (hello@urbanerrands.ng) or phone: 08034797415

     

    Next, UrbanErrands will analyze the task and notify the Customer of a tentative cost for the requested task. The Customer will then make a Base Fee (20% of Total Task Cost) payment through any of the following channels before a TaskRunner is deployed;

     

    • UrbanErrands Branded Handheld POS equipment.
    • Bank Transfer (call 08034797415 for Bank Details)

     

    Next, a fully vetted and insured UrbanErrands TaskRunner suitable for the requested Task is deployed to the Customer.

    Balance payment is expected to made by the Customer directly to the TaskRunner on satisfactory completion of the Task.

     

    Note:

    Depending on the service, an UrbanErrands Employee may do a preliminary visit to the Customer’s home to meet him/her and his/her family, to take notes of what you need done, and make arrangements for securely entering and leaving the home.

     

    As you continue to use the service(s), you will have time to pursue other activities of your choosing as UrbanErrands handles your tasks

  • Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Other hours may be available upon request.

  • Yes, for an additional fee, our services may be available on weekends.

  • Yes, to book for Service(s) spanning for a period of over 2 weeks, please call 08034797415 or email requests@urbanerrands.ng

  • An UrbanErrand TaskRuner is an independent individual thoroughly vetted and approved to run errands for Customers under the UrbanErrand Brand. Every UrbanErrand TaskRunner is expected to be fully insured and bonded to carry out all legal Task in line with UrbanErrands Policy. 

     

    That way, every Customer is assured of a high level of safety and security dealing with UrbanErrands.
